Axis Komputerkunst, one of the few german software companies for Atari
8-bit machines, was founded by some very talented, former imployees of
Atari Deutschland. Julian Reschke & Andreas Wiethoff are well known
for several games and their great "ATARI Profibuch". Kemal Ezcan was responsible
for many game-musics and founded his own software company (KE-Soft) after
Axis left the computer market.
The packing of the diskettes was very cool, because it had the size
of 12" records ! That's the reason why many titles have a sticker "computer
software" on them :-)
Most of the games were also released for Commodore 64, but I don't
know who did the programming of those versions.
